Area Coordinator - Would you like to work in the fast paced environment
of the Program Support Department? If you enjoy supporting area
directors, delegates and their families, then this position is for
you! Area Coordinators are responsible for supporting assigned
territories, booking meeting facilities, and corresponding in both
written and verbal communication with delegates, leaders and
teachers. Help maintain professional relationships with public and
private schools and educators in each state. Come work as an Area
Coordinator for the Program Support department.

Curriculum Development Specialist – Would you like to develop curriculum and related educational materials for delegates, leaders and facilitators? The Curriculum Development Specialist works closely with the Admission Advisors and Leadership Team supporting the sale and delivery of SAP, SPT and SLP programs by overseeing the development and delivery of curriculum of leaders and delegates. College degree required with experience in curriculum development or education preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as project management skills required. Strong presentation and organization skills are necessary. Qualified candidates will be flexible and able to travel as needed.

Data Entry Operator - The Data Entry Operator is responsible for all data accuracy. This position is responsible for data downloads, manual input, set-up and scanning of information. Additional responsibilities include input of information into databases and verification of information into the system.
High school graduate or equivalent. Requires ability to type or key 60 words per minute. Familiarity with computer systems and procedures required. If you have excellent attention to detail and communication skills then this position is for you!

Director of Health and Safety - As the Safety and Health Director you will be responsible for implementing and leading safety policies, procedures and training programs. Be responsible for creating “best in industry standards”, supporting the safety functions in all areas of the company’s program delivery. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years working knowledge and/or experience of safety, health and emergency response issues and obligations specifically in a corporate service or related setting. Bachelor’s Degree in safety, medical care or related field required. Must be able to travel as needed.

Help Desk Manager - This position will manage all procedures related to end user requests, including tracking metrics for trending and analysis. The Help Desk Manager will work closely with department managers to form a close relationship between business groups and the Technology department with the goal of developing a means for communicating issues and requirements effectively, and in a timely manner.
As a manager you will help identify improvements to increase reliability and performance of technology systems. This position will manage all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user requests, including tracking metrics for trending and analysis. The Help Desk team’s goal is to provide excellent technical support of applications and infrastructure.
Position requires a BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience. Qualified candidate will be experienced in managing Help Desk or Customer Support environment to include: staffing, budget, and project management.

Marketing Communications Director - Come oversee the creative requests, review and approval process as well as collaborate with the organizations Leadership Team to drive the strategic marketing planning for the organization.
The Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Communications Director who will be responsible for the planning, implementing and the on going management of all marketing programs and campaigns. As the Director you would oversee the collaboration of Marketing Communications Managers with program owners to plan, develop and implement all marketing aspects of the campaigns.
The qualified candidate must have three to five years of related experience, as well as a Bachelors degree with applied background in marketing, business management or administration. Excellent organizational and project management skills are a must. The candidate must be able to manage cross functional teams, negotiate timelines, forecasting and budgeting responsibilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative to the success of this position

Program Support, Supervisor (2)-The Program Support Supervisor is responsible for promoting high quality
and consistency of service excellence by supervising, training and
mentoring the Program Representatives of Program Support.
Responsibilities include gathering and relaying information regarding
various projects to the Program Representatives. The position requires
frequent contact with associates in other departments, and the general
public via telephone and e-mail communication. There is little or no
contact with visitors.
College degree in Business, Communications preferred. Qualified
candidates must have a minimum five years experience working in customer
service or a call center environment and two years experience as a
supervisor or lead.

Regional Manager
- Would you like the opportunity to be in a position where you would
assist with marketing, sales and administration of the all Ambassador
Product Lines? Come support our program directors and supervises a team
of two, ensuring quality and the delivery of team support over a
specific geographic region. Qualified candidate will have a BA with 2 to
4 years management experience with the demonstrated ability to manage
projects, set effective priorities, and ‘multi-task.’ Flexibility and
ability to travel as needed.

Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis - The Sr.
Director of FP&A manages the financial budgeting and forecasting
processes for the organization. Additionally, this position oversees the
preparation of monthly financial analysis and comparative reporting
presented to the operational department managers and the executive
team. This position is also responsible for maintaining and integrating
all financial systems from a functional perspective. This position
directs the activities of 3 financial analysts, and 1 Sr. Financial
Analyst. Qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
or Finance required, CPA and/or MBA preferred in addition to 8-10 years
of relevant experience in this area. Must have demonstrated previous
ability to effectively lead and manage associates. Exceptional
analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills are
essential.

Sr. Director of Leadership Programs

The Senior Director of Leadership Programs has overall responsibility
for the Organization’s fastest growing program. As such, this position
will determine and track budgets, review and select annual itineraries
offered, approve marketing strategies and materials. Must direct,
motivate and manage team members to utilize strengths and achieve
overall goals. Daily tasks may change throughout the season. Additional
efforts may be required to fulfill the basic purpose. Programs will meet
certain profitability measurements and are expected to grow year over
year in terms of delegates traveled, revenue and contribution.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in
Marketing or Product Development.

Sr. Manager of Program Support - Are you looking for a position
with the purpose of delivering strategic vision? As the Sr. Manager of
Program Support you would be responsible for ensuring internal and external
customer services, developing and managing quality and performance
metrics while improving internal processes and
policies. Responsibilities include the management of paid and volunteer
work force, budget forecasting, effective delivery of
conventions/trainings and business planning. Position requires
coordination and interaction with all levels of management in the
organization. Qualified candidates will have a BA in Communications,
Business Development or related field. In addition to 10 years of
directly related experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management
role. Must be able to travel as needed.
